By accessing and using the services provided by ALL DAUGHTERS - LAUNDRY ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, laundry, and dry cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide professional laundry and dry cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Dry cleaning
  • Wash and fold services
  • Shirt laundry
  • Household items cleaning
  • Wedding gown preservation
  • Alterations
  • Pickup and delivery services

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Service Fees

Our pricing is based on:

  • Type of service requested
  • Number and type of items
  • Special handling requirements
  • Delivery options selected

Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be provided at the time of service.

3.2 Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Major credit cards
  • Digital payment methods
  • Cash (in-store only)

Payment is required upon service completion or at the time of pickup/delivery.

4. Service Policies

4.1 Item Handling

While we take utmost care in handling your items, please note:

  • We follow care label instructions
  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper labeling
  • Pre-existing damage should be reported before service
  • Some stains may not be completely removable

4.2 Lost or Damaged Items

In the event of loss or damage:

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Compensation is limited to 10 times the service charge
  • Proof of item value may be required

5. Pickup and Delivery

For our pickup and delivery service:

  • 24-hour notice is required for scheduling
  • Time windows will be provided for delivery
  • Rescheduling requires 4-hour advance notice
  • Additional fees may apply for rush service

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information
  • Remove all items from pockets before service
  • Inform us of special care requirements
  • Be available during scheduled delivery windows

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our service quality:

  • 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours
  • Re-cleaning provided at no charge if quality standards not met

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee or item value, whichever is less. We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Inherent fabric weaknesses
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Items left in pockets

9. Cancellation Policy

For service cancellations:

  • 4-hour notice required for pickup/delivery cancellation
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • No-shows may be charged a service fee

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
